wireguard: netlink: access device through ctx instead of peer
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

wireguard: netlink: access device through ctx instead of peer

The previous commit fixed a bug that led to a NULL peer->device being
dereferenced. It's actually easier and faster performance-wise to
instead get the device from ctx->wg. This semantically makes more sense
too, since ctx->wg->peer_allowedips.seq is compared with
ctx->allowedips_seq, basing them both in ctx. This also acts as a
defence in depth provision against freed peers.
AV:L - The vulnerable code is reached only through the WireGuard generic-netlink family (`WG_CMD_GET_DEVICE` dump plus `WG_CMD_SET_DEVICE`), which requires a local netlink socket. Per kernel scoring guidance, netlink-driven configuration paths are Local.
AC:L - The attacker controls both halves of the sequence — partially draining a multi-message dump, then replacing all peers to free the cursor peer, then resuming the same dump socket — so no uncontrolled timing window is involved and the upstream reproducer triggers it reliably.
PR:L - The op is gated by `GENL_UNS_ADMIN_PERM`, i.e. `netlink_ns_capable(skb, net->user_ns, CAP_NET_ADMIN)`, which an unprivileged user obtains inside `unshare -Urn` where they can also create the wireguard interface. That is low privilege, not real root.
UI:N - The entire sequence is performed by the attacker's own processes via netlink; no victim action, mount, or file open is required.
S:U - The freed `wg_peer` and the corrupted/leaked data all live in the kernel's own security authority; no VM, IOMMU, or sandbox boundary is crossed.
C:H - `get_peer()` on a dangling peer copies freed slab contents — including `handshake.remote_static`, `preshared_key`, and endpoint data — straight into the netlink reply delivered to userspace, and a reallocated peer makes `peer->device` an attacker-influenced pointer that is then dereferenced, yielding an arbitrary read primitive.
I:H - The same path performs `down_read()`/`up_read()` on the freed object, executing atomic read-modify-write operations into reclaimed slab memory; a use-after-free of this shape is exploitable via heap grooming for controlled writes and control-flow influence.
A:H - In the common case the freed peer is zeroed by `memzero_explicit()`, making `peer->device->peer_allowedips.seq` a NULL pointer dereference and an immediate kernel oops, with the sibling report showing a KASAN slab-use-after-free on the same path."
