drivers/amd/pm: fix a use-after-free in kv_parse_power_table
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

drivers/amd/pm: fix a use-after-free in kv_parse_power_table

When ps allocated by kzalloc equals to NULL, kv_parse_power_table
frees adev->pm.dpm.ps that allocated before. However, after the control
flow goes through the following call chains:

kv_parse_power_table
  |-> kv_dpm_init
        |-> kv_dpm_sw_init
       |-> kv_dpm_fini

The adev->pm.dpm.ps is used in the for loop of kv_dpm_fini after its
first free in kv_parse_power_table and causes a use-after-free bug.
AV:L - The vulnerable path runs only during amdgpu PCI/DRM device software init (amdgpu_device_ip_init → kv_dpm_sw_init → kv_dpm_init → kv_parse_power_table) on Kabini/Kaveri/Mullins APUs, which is local driver initialization and not reachable via network or adjacent-link protocols.
AC:L - A local attacker can induce system-wide memory pressure so the GFP_KERNEL kzalloc of struct kv_ps fails; once that allocation fails, the premature kfree of adev->pm.dpm.ps followed by kv_dpm_fini’s second free is deterministic with no uncontrolled race.
PR:L - Exploitation is assessed from an unprivileged local account on a shared system with an affected AMD APU and amdgpu CIK support enabled; under the higher-severity interpretation, real root is not required for the attacker’s privileges prior to exploitation (consistent with the sibling si_dpm double-free CVE-2023-52691).
UI:N - No separate victim action such as opening a file or clicking a link is required; the flaw is triggered by driver initialization under attacker-influenced memory conditions.
S:U - Impact remains within the host kernel’s security authority as standard kernel heap corruption / potential privilege escalation, with no VM escape, IOMMU bypass, or other security-boundary crossing.
C:H - The bug is a kernel double-free of the adev->pm.dpm.ps heap object (UAF-class memory corruption); reclaiming the freed slab can yield arbitrary read primitives.
I:H - Double-free freelist corruption in the kernel allocator can be abused for overlapping objects and arbitrary write / control-flow hijacking, enabling full integrity compromise.
A:H - The double-free reliably corrupts kernel heap state and can oops/panic the kernel or otherwise deny service even when not fully exploited for code execution."
